Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) commemorated the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Ataturk on the 83rd anniversary of his passing.

Our Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Bahar Akıngüç Günver, and our Rector, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Sinan Alçın, academic-administrative staff and students attended.

The commemoration program started on Wednesday, November 10 at 09:05 with the laying of a wreath, a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem on the Atatürk bust in the front garden of Ataköy campus.

In the ongoing event at Akıngüç Auditorium and Art Center, Educator & Journalist-Author Neşe Doster gave a conference titled "Aşılmaz Aşınmaz Atatürk". The program ended with Orchestra İKÜ's singing Atatürk's favorite songs.
