As Istanbul Kültür University, we listen to our students and improve the processes of our university with their ideas and suggestions.
In line with the suggestions of our students who shared their comments on the "Registration Renewal and Course Selection Survey" opened to the participation of Associate and Undergraduate students between 17-23 January 2023, both the Term Registration Renewal process and the Spring Semester Course Selection processes and calendars were changed.

Registration Renewal
In this context, instead of the process of starting the Registration Renewal and Course Selection on the same day, which has been in practice, the application of the request of our students to perform the Registration Renewal procedures 1 week before the Course Elections via the Orion System has been implemented.
With the new application, our students can perform Registration Renewal by following the steps on the Orion System starting from Monday, February 6, 2023 at https://kby.iku.edu.tr/sites/otomasyon/files/inline-files/SAP-Fiori_Kay%C4%B1t_Yenileme_Uygulamas%C4%B1_V04_0.pdf , and if any, they can make their installment payments with the information at https://kby.iku.edu.tr/sites/otomasyon/files/inline-files/SAP%20Fiori%20-%20Var_Olan_Taksit_Odeme_V03.pdf .
Course selection
Our students, who are studying in Associate and Undergraduate Departments, will enter the Course Selection systems gradually, by dividing them into 2 separate groups, taking into account the Academic Class Information.

You can access your current Academic Class information from the Academic Class/Semester description under the Registration Information title under the My Information tab in the Orion System after the Registration Renewal process.
