Dear Students,
 
The IKÜYÖS 2020 International Student Scholarship Exam will be held on 21 June 2020 at 11:00 a.m. (with Turkish local time), using the Adobeconnect program on IKUCATS, our University's Distance Education system.

While you are taking the exam via IKÜCATS, you will open your camera and sound system on the Adobeconnect program which is supposed to be installed on your computer before the exam dates. Then the supervisor in the virtual classroom will do identity checks by viewing your passport or your ID card and yourself.
In the attachment, you can find information about the exam rules and how to register for the exam.

The e-mail addresses that you share with us are very important when you register online to take the exam. Only single IKUCATS and Adobe connect username and password will be sent to each e-mail address registered for the exam.

Students  will not be able to take the exam if the applications online is made via the same e-mail address. Those who have the same e-mail address on the system must update their e-mail address until June 12, 2020, otherwise solely the real owner of the e-mail will be able to take the exam with the relevant username and password.

Since username and password is for single user only, exams cannot be taken from different computers with the same username and password at the same time.

1 day before the exam (20 June 2020), a link, username and password will be sent for a 5-question demo exam and students will be able to experience the exam beforehand. On the 21st of June 2020, students are expected to login to both IKÜCATS and Adobeconnect program at 10:30 (with Turkish local time), the same password and username.
